This is our 4th time at this hotel we have always enjoyed our stay at the hotel.However this time has been such a disappointment. The food quality was very poor the food was very repetitive and the temperature of the food was cold Different foods always ran out and not replenished. Cleanliness’s of the rooms very poor we did complain while we were at the hotel. We found that the standards have gone down and we are very disappointed as we will not be returning to this hotel especially because of the food quality and poor standards.we have love the hotel in the pass and we are really disappointed to send this review

Really nice hotel. Staff were very friendly… bar the odd one or two… rooms nice, plenty of storage space for cases. Nice bathroom though needs an attention; we had a leaky seal on the shower unit as the sealant had worn down. Housekeeping great and would change your bed every day if you leave your hanger on the door. Food I thought was ok, nothing out of this world, but for what you pay I think it’s good value. There was a good range of food, nice salads and theme nights. Snack bar throughout the day was very good. You could have salad, hot dogs, burgers, spaghetti and meatballs, pizza. Nice too. Drinks ok… wine was a bit pants and AI cocktails pre made which were a bit 🥴 Pool great. Salt water but not an issue. Loads of sunbeds. Corridors are long and echoey and bedroom doors are heavy - so they auto slam… so you do get people coming back at night and doors banging and reverberating. Walls to rooms thin. We heard the chap next door snore every night… it was loud! God knows how his partner slept! 😂 these are all minor things, if you’ve booked… you’ve nothing to worry about…it was a really nice place, stunning location. Would I go again? If I was to go menorca again, probably… but I don’t think we will. Been there done that type ethos.

This hotel is perfectly positioned for the sunshine . It’s a large hotel but they manage the capacity with ease. You never have to wait more then a Few minutes for a drink or to be seated in the restaurant when busy. Staff are super efficient, every one of them. I did not come across one member of staff that wasn’t pleasant . The entertainment nights are next level . Fantastic singers , acrobats , magicians. There is capacity for everyone to sit in the entertainment room or if you wish to have a quiet evening the adults only bar is beautiful. The food in my opinion was also fantastic. The presentation and the thought that went into the little dishes for you to try and experience spot on , the themed central island on an evening has caused me to put on a few pounds weight wise ….. just too good !
