Great hotel in Tenerife
Second stay at this small, friendly hotel about 10 mins walk from the beach. The walk back is a bit of a work out due to the steep hill especially if you are getting on a bit in years. A good buffet with a good selection of well cooked food throughout the day. If you are not on the all inclusive option, there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. It’s a comfortable hotel albeit looking a bit tired in places. Some of the rooms are not in the best of positions but if you are unhappy, don’t be afraid to complain and ask for another room, they are usually pretty accommodating. The main swimming pool does get a bit rammed with families and kids with the usual sun bed hoggers leaving their towels on the beds all day and hardly using them. There is a really nice ‘adults only’ rooftop terrace with a small bar and a couple of small pools. This was the place I enjoyed most but be prepared to claim a sun bed or sofa early. This hotel is a great option for your stay in Tenerife especially if you are of the slightly older demographic.

Another 5 night, 5 star visit
Just back from another amazing 5 night stay, we just can't fault this Hotel and are repeat guests. You are looked after from the minute you walk through that door until the minute you leave. Lovely comfy rooms with great views, beds are so large and really comfortable. Excellent food something for everyone I really love the homemade soups and salads. Great rooftop terrace or if you want it livelier there's the other pool. Fab entertainment, again a choice, tribute bands or fun acts / shows or live music in the bar. All the Hotel staff are amazing and welcoming and it's great to see familiar faces. A shout out to Maria in the rooftop bar and Eliercer (known as Eli) in the restaurant but everyone lovely. We will be back next year without a doubt.

Fine for a few days
Hotel is supposedly 4 stars. Think it’s more like 3. There is nothing wrong with it, it is just a little basic. Sunloungers are all reserved very early on, so we ended up spending a lot of time at the beach as we struggled to get a lounger in the sun. Think the hotel should have a better policy on reserving sun loungers, as they are often reserved V early and people don’t get there till a lot later in the day, which is rude. Food was nice for buffet.
