1. The Hotel definitely needs a major renovation. This level of exhausted amenities for the price charged is beyond my understanding 2. Poor level of service: slow to change stuff on request 3. When we moved in there was open leftovers from the previous stay 4. Mediocre restaurant on premises and few breakfast options around 5. Hottub with cracked walls 6. Sofa bed was crooked and squeeky

Birthday Celebration
I had a FABULOUS time celebrating my friend’s birthday at the Four Seasons for two nights. I found myself missing my darling dog Oliver and I texted a dear business associate, Jessica Leah Berger, and told her how much I missed my dog. Minutes later, the door bell rang and I was presented with a beautiful framed portrait of Oliver! The concierge Edward in seconds pull this all off and I was touched beyond belief. Thanks to Edward and the concierge team, I felt at home when I was missing my dog. We spent the rest of the day at the spa and pool and will return for another fantastic stay very soon.
