Bad deal for the money.
You get very little value for your money. My city facing room was 3,000. The room was ok but nothing to write home about. At the Saint Regis, the rooms have terraces facing the ocean for half the price. The common areas are nicer, but all in all it’s a very poor value.

Rip off palace
This place is seriously overpriced and bad value . Ocean front rooms are $3500 to $5000 a night , so more than Paris , Positano etc and the hotel is just ok . The food is very average atbest, the servicing of the rooms is a disgrRce . I stayed for 9 days as my wife was having medical treatments and often after returning to the room at 4 or 5?still had a dirty room. My bill was 45000 for 9 days and I felt absolutely ripped off. The worst thing is their accounting , they are still blocking 19000 on my credit card after leaving 3 days ago !!! This place is a scam

Beautiful property, Four Seasons service
I had a short stay on a quick trip thru Miami and had wanted to try this Four Seasons, as I have typically loved every Four Seasons I have stayed at. The Surf Club property far exceeded expectations in every way. Wonderful front desk experiences. Fantastic guest room in a beautiful building on an amazing beachside property. All room service, bar service, etc were excellent. I look forward to coming back for a longer stay with my wife in the future.
