Poor customer service
Receptionists were professional but I had to press hard through several of them to even get basic information on hotel services. I felt like I was bothering them to ask these basic questions. This is not the service I expect from a 5 star hotel.

Amazing experience
Elizabeth is amazing! So attentive, funny, and beautiful. She is the best!!! And she made the experience even better for my girlfriends and me! Thank you!! You are the best, Liz. She took pics of our group too and just made it so much fun!! We recommend her to anyone else joining the beach here.

Beach Day Bed
So helpful and kind!! Loving the beach day bed life!!!!!!! What a view and being able to enjoy it under the shade! Then you take a beach break and have chairs to sunbathe in. Definitely a better time than the pool beds. Cannot beat that ocean sound!!
