Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún All Inclusive

Paola was great in the crepe section. Friendly. Fast service. Welcoming. Always serving me and the rest of the customers with a bright smile on her face. She also made sure that if any one had trouble ordering she would gladly make great reccomondations

The best entertainment staff with Eddy and Andrew; they make our vacation definitely fun, we will back to this resort!! Night shows are great too! Javier Jackson is amazing, can’t wait to be back at Fiesta Americana Condesa next year!!!!!!

This trip was my 4th time in Cancun, and I have to say my favorite stay was Fiesta Americana!!! I went with one of my close friend, it was her first time. Let me tell you we both were SO impressed by the food. I wasn’t expecting too much only because I’ve had others. Since we landed pretty early hung around ate some breakfast at the buffet and got to enjoy the pool before our room was ready. The staff at check in was incredible, we didn’t ask because we thought our room wasn’t going to be ready by 3pm but she said she’d try to help us to see if there would be anything earlier and she did! We got our room by 12pm! Oh I also wanted to mention we flew in from Florida the morning after Hurricane Helene had passed us. I was very worried but when I called to make sure things were up and running again the staff member reassured me it was beautiful out and back to normal. Indeed it was, the beach and resort didn't even look like a hurricane came through. I also wanted to thank our main pool servers, Alejandro & Osvaldo. ALEJANDRO : He went above & beyond, we actually met him in the buffet our 1st day and recognized him 2nd day at the pool after his rotation schedule. Very attentive, made sure he waved to us every time he passed by to make sure we were good with our drinks. We had a cabana but kept going back and forth to the pool so he reserved 2 pool side lounge chairs for my friend and I which he didn't have to but he knew we kept going back and forth from our cabana. He is such a sweetie, always smiling and bringing us new drinks to try. & he told us if were hungry he'd also bring us food. He's literally the BEST!!!!! Of course we were gone for an excursion and would be leaving the next morning, I tried my best to find him that morning before checking out to say goodbye but I wasn't able to find him, his coworker at the coco loco told me he was off & resting 😭 but I was happy to hear he had time off. Quick funny story he introduced us to my new fav drink called Kelly Kelly. My name is Kim & my friend who traveled with me her name is Kelly so now I'll never forget that cocktail name. If you could please let Alejandro know Kim & Kelly (KellyKelly) girls said hello & we miss him already & sorry we didn't get to say goodbye. OSVALDO: Met him first day at the pool & he kept replenishing our drinks, as soon as we took our drinks and went for a swim we'd come back to our section with a new cocktail & shots ready to go! ALSO wanted to shout out Antonio & Henry in the buffet. & Veronica our housekeeper. They too took very good care of us. I definitely will be coming back soon, as this is my favorite stay.
