10th time back home
Thank you once again to the amazing people at FACC. They always take great care of us, and that is the reason why we come back. Always started the day with Henry and Claudio, then our great server at the pool, Yazaira, and the best margarita maker Felix. Josue always made sure the guests had the best food anywhere. Jairo served us an amazing meal at the Italian restaurant. It's always good to see JJ and Rosa, and I can't forget Fernando cooking great food by the pool. Really enjoyed the Super Bowl party. The valentines Day party was so much fun also. Can't say enough about the place. Special thanks to Fernanda for always taking care of us. Mr. Valencia, you have a great place and the best staff (family) anywhere.

Winter break 2023
Brandon, Michelle, Jose were excellent entertainers. I loved the Zumba and water aerobics classes. The restaurant choices to eat at were delicious, loved the steak house and Mexican restaurant the best. Never had to fight for a beach chair in the morning.

Great customer service
I came to celebrate my birthday and the staff members helped make it special. Dalton in reception went above and beyond with making sure my needs were met. The food was great and the resort is beautiful.
