The hotel is very large, spacious, and modern, clean, and well kept. It is in a nice and quiet location with great sea views. Overall a pretty decent hotel for its size with plenty of pool space and sun beds. Some of the staff are helpful and friendly, but the lifeguards are overly whistle happy - especially the older chubby lifeguard who constantly blew his whistle at me whilst I was trying to catch my energetic 2 year old after he managed to get past the maximum security small nylon rope preventing him going on the climbing frame in the water park before it was open. Even after managing to wrestle my 2 year old off the climbing frame, the chubby old lifeguard continued to whistle and berate me in Spanish until I kindly suggested a gate may be better than a tiny bit of string to stop children climbing on the equipment when it is out of action. The size of the hotel does create some drawbacks.- the main food hall is busy, noisy, and a bit manic. There is a decent amount of food choice, but it was all quite low quality food. You can book on to a few separate restaurants where the food and service is better.

Our first holiday abroad with the grandchildren and perfect in every way for families and little ones. Cleanliness - the hotel is spotless , cleanliness is to a very high standard and rooms are cleaned every day. Food - the buffet was disappointing, often running out of staple choices and if you arrived much after 8.30, you would see many empty platters. It was also very loud but no doubt due to large numbers of people and the expanse of the building itself it made it echo more. Restaurants - We did try all 3 al a carte restaurants. The Asian was okay, the Steak house served very tough rare or overdone steaks that were difficult to chew but we preferred the Italian. We particularly enjoyed the snack bar near the children's pool for burgers and a variety of salad plus help yourself beer and prosecco on ice. Entertainment - we could only book one show due to limited availability so we saw IMOX which was fantastic. Other family members saw the Toy Circus which the kids loved. Pools - we spent the majority of our week at the splash pool due to having a 2 and 5 year old that weren't able swimmers. This area had water slides as well as a bigger pool that provided the day time activities. It was extremely busy and the volume of the music was so loud that the speakers vibrated which was unpleasant. There is a very large pool on the upper level below the lobby bar, which seemed quieter and there is an adult pool overlooking the sea which had plentiful sunbeds all day. If we had gone as a couple we may have used this pool instead. Rooms - we were upgraded to a swim up pool room which as a wonderful surprise. It was huge and spotless with daily cleaning and replenished fridge of soft drinks and beer. It was lovely to open the patio doors in the morning and go for a dip in the warm water. Likewise it was a nice retreat at the end of the day when we left the kids pool to relax and unwind. Staff - I couldn't fault them. Very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Bars - we enjoyed the bar at the lobby the most, it was quieter but also had live music. We used the sports bar once but mostly used the pool bars. Overall - For children this is a perfect place for a holiday and I don't think you will get much complaints from them. For adults with children, I think you will love it because your children will be very happy. As a couple, it wouldn't be somewhere I would go again, but that is purely because it is aimed at families and therefore we prefer the peace and quiet but for our first family holiday with the grandkids, it was ideal.

This is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in in Tenerife, without doubt . We came as a couple and were a bit worried we chose a family hotel , but there’s a nice adults only area with a great infinity pool . Looking at all the things here for children though they could be happier or more occupied . Water slides and all sorts of water features , a child’s dream I would think . The food is very good , a lot of choice , we have enjoyed each meal . You can book 3 Al a carte dinners , we tried the steak restuarant last night , which wasn’t good , the steak was so tough I couldn’t cut it, the waiter gave me another knife but in the end I gave up and my steak was swapped for chicken . The staff went out if their way to resolve the issue so I’m not complaining , just wouldn’t bother with the steak restuarant again , plenty of good food in the buffet. We had a support room which is similar to a suite with a seperate lounge . Comfortable bed too. We intend to return and that’s rare for us , we’ve only done that once before in our lives . If you have children this is a perfect hotel
