Marvelous!
Great hotel and location. Swimming pools are super clean. Great location right by Nakheel Mall. Loving it!! Room service is exceptional. Especially Ahmed Fathy from the room service team. It was a great stay and lots of fun! Will revisit for sure.

Fabulous Hotel, fantastic location, highly recommended
From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, the Hotel team, couldn't do enough for us, fabulous hotel, fantastic view, fantastic room fabulous pools, the service was exceptional, breakfast was amazing, there are no words to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont the Palm, and would recommend to anyone.

We recently stayed at Fairmont Hotel and had the best experience. From the moment we arrived to every time we’d leave the hotel, Mahmoud at the entrance always greeted us with a smile on his face, making us feel instantly welcomed. We were also welcomed by our lovely receptionist, Tina. Tina went through and fully informed us about all the hotel amenities without missing out on any details. She also gave us recommendations on where to eat since we were so indecisive. When our room was finally ready we walked in and realised they were kind enough to give us a free upgrade which we were obsessed with. Every time we’d leave the hotel we’d come back to a spotless room thanks to the cleaners. Can’t wait to stay here again
