A dream come true but beware of very rude breakfast team unless your dressed head to toe in designer gear
We arrived from Australia and it was my husbands dream to stay at your hotel in a hairpin bend room-the staff and the door and reception were amazing -and the concierge team were so helpful-the room was gorgeous and all we expected and bed and pillows stunning -how can I buy the pillows? All staff throughout hotel were lovely and on our first day we went straight upstairs to a stunning lunch and great service-the fact we were charged $10 for an ice bucket was a bit rich considering g we cannot remove anything from the fridge and having to call for milk was also annoying but the greatest disappointment was breakfast each day -we asked if we could sit at a table and weee told no -yet another obviously wealthy couple came in and said we want to sit there and they were told it was ok -then we were not explained we could order eggs and omelette and was not until we saw someone else do it we realised we could order that and coffee -at first we thought it was staff having a bad day but realised it’s usual -we went to some very high end restaurants in Monaco and were never treated so poorly -I asked at checkout for managers email and was told could not have it -we saved for ages for this part of our trip and it was really disappointing to be treated in such a snobby way -Fairmont hotels are fancy and expensive and for some they are a luxury and I simply expect to be treated as well as everyone else -overall we loved it but beware if your not part of the super rich the breakfast team will not give you the time of day

Amazing new changes
Amazing new updates to the hotel and more in progress. Great attentive hotel team. Hats off to Mr Ariel the GM and Team. New breakfast restaurant on floor 7 and very welcoming rooms and attentive room service and daily housekeeping and scents in the hotel.

Fairmont is amazing as always. Feels like my second home, been coming here since I was a child. Everyone is so kind, friendly, ready to make your stay the best possible, not to mention the hotel itself, location, restaurants, possibilities
