Beautiful resort with first class service.
Beautiful resort and impeccable grounds. The staff was amazing and very attentive. Our room came with the butler service and Rodrigo Sosa made our trip special. He scheduled restaurant reservations, spa reservations, room service and transportation including a boat ride to Saffron. He even persuaded got Our boat driver to stay late so we could get a canal tour on the way to the restaurant. The restaurants were delicious and the drinks are amazing. Had a wonderful trip.

Second visit here, including food. New beach facilities are nice. Villa was noisy both because it was close to a roadway used by the electric carts and also sadly drunks on those carts on a Saturday night. Being fully inclusive can be frustrating, even getting water (from a carafe) renders a bill on which you are deemed to pay service. The principal breakfast location - Laguna had a queue of about 13 couples to sign in for a 25 minute wait. Last time much quicker. Laguna also shuts at lunch so you’d choice is to go to the Hix Sushi)

Almost perfect
The room was great, they gave us a free upgrade without asking for it. The service is outstanding even with high spectations. It´s probably the biggest hotel in mayakoba. Everything is amazing. The only thing for us was the lack of vegan meals, there were few options and some of them not very good. On our last day, we found a vegan pizza via room service. It is one of the best vegan/non vegan pizzas i´ve tried. I still give it a 5/5 stars to this hotel and experience.
