This hotel is very poorly managed by very rude people who have no regard for customer service. I tried to give this hotel the benefit if the doubt but I'm afraid the negative reviews are true. If you have the money to go elsewhere I would. The red headed older lady is very rude and the barman made u feel like u were being greedy having the crappy drinks they provided. The hotel was like a ghost town in the evening as there was no entertainment. A little disco in the bar you have to buy drinks for half an hour and a kids club that opens when it feels like. The bar where the actual drinks are served has nothing. There was a few machines that entertained the kids a bit but they got shipped into a lorry while we were there. They were literally closing the hotel up before our eyes. There was table tennis but the ball was kept in reception which was a fair distance. The one evening the ball broke and when the kids tried to get a new one the red headed receptionist sternly said no ping long til Tomorow. People were walking around bored stiff and obviously chose to go out of the complex. The food was extremely repetitive and my children are not fussy but lived on chip sandwiches. Not a chicken nugget in site. The burgers and pizza were awful and it felt like they were filling the trays up with anything they could find. The one morning they had carrots for breakfast. The first day arrived I saw a little baby with what I thought was chicken pox, only to be the victim of mosquitos myself and I suffered over a hundred bites. The complex does nothing to deter these. Mosquitos and its a mosquito paradise. The toilets which facilitated everyone were plastered in them and disabled people had to go to their rooms cos they couldn't use them. If u are desperate for an holiday the location and pool is fab, the cleaners were lovely too. However this hotel gives cretians a bad name and u could be mistaken for thinking that they are all rude when on fact they are lovely people. The owners of this hotel really need to look at how it's managed. It's such a shame as it has massive potential but I for one will never recommend it or will ever be returning.

There were too many rooms and too many people in too small an area. Not relaxing at all. Beautiful location - just too crowded, esp food hall and staff were rude and uninterested. There was one dining area for about 2000 people. It was massive, tiled and noisy. Food and drink slopped on the floor everywhere. Impossible to get a table, a plate or a knife and fork. Queues on every station. The staff there couldn't care less about the customer experience. There was one staff member serving fried eggs (a brown haired rather large girl). After standing in queue for several minutes, she would slop a fried egg onto your plate with a frown. First day the egg landed on its side and yolk splattered all over the plate. I thought this was an accident. Nearly every morning the same performance - yolk splattered on plate. It is NOT that hard to use a spatula to place a fried egg flat on a plate. And she did it to nearly everyone. These people take no pride in their work. In fact, I would suggest many are intentionally sabotaging the customer experience out of resentment for having to work there. Really bad vibe. Felt like how I'd imagine getting food in prison is. Given the horrible experience in the restaurant, my companion and I decided to skip lunches. We tried to take a few snacks (cake pieces) with us from breakfast. The manager stopped us. Reprimanded us and, in front of us, took our cake pieces from our hands and threw them in the trash can. Wow! We couldn't believe he was so rude. He was essentially saying, you can't take this food, I'll throw the food in the trash instead! For him it was a power game. As far as 'all inclusive', there were no free drinks after about 9pm. You had to pay. Only two all inclusive spirits were ouzo and brandy. So, if you want vodka, gin or whisky, you've gone to the wrong place. Beer was ok. Wine undrinkable. You could not use the pool after 6pm. There were a couple of nice beaches and restaurants nearby. The room was clean enough, except the chewing gum left in the shower. It would be best that this place goes bust and is bought out by someone who will hire new staff and fix it. It is a disaster. Only saving graces was the location.

We stayed for a week in September, all inclusive. The food was barely warm, we didn't get a hot meal once from the hotel, which led us to eat out almost every night. The AI drinks are only local beer, brandy, ouzo and red or white wine. The bar staff were not friendly. The toilet in our room was broken and although maintenance came to look at it, that's all they did. It wasn't fixed. There's plenty of broken and uneven tiles around the pool are to trip on. The worst hotel we've stayed in by a long way. Read the reviews first. Best avoiding this hotel.
