My favorite place to go
I come here every week with my family to enjoy the drinks and foods. The services are phenomenal with Irene, Casey, Kritika, and Nedya who always gives us the best services. The quality of the foods and beverages are very good also, they have a lot of selections of salads, sandwiches, mix grill, and desserts as well.💯💯💯

Second to none
From the minute we arrived and I thought I had lost my mobile phone the staff were superb, this continued throughout our 10 night stay there, so I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here, each and every one was attentive, polite and professional. I have one special mention for Kaheem in the Club Lounge who is one of the best waiters I have ever encountered. I have been in the service industry myself for over 40 years and Kaheem’s dedication and professionalism is second to none, so a big thank you to him for making our stay really special. The breakfast in the hotel is fantastic, with a massive variety of choices. Even when the hotel was at 100% occupancy of a couple of the days and the staff were stretched to cope m, they still delivered great service with a smile. Well done all at Raffles Dubai and thank you!

Zero customer satisfaction policy
Hotel management's customer satisfaction was very below a 5 star hotel standards! My room light was not working and requested to get it fixed and 6hours later no one did anything about it at 11:30pm at night they decide to send a technician for 45min to fix the light in the middle of the night!!! I requested some form of compensation for this inconvenience and for three days going back and forth with management Mr khaleed they offer me club lounge access or room upgrade which was no good to me as I was barely at the hotel at the times of club access and was traveling solo so didn't need a bigger room! At the end they said sorry for this and will upgrade you next time Never coming back to this place!!! Never would recommend this place until management has changed! Trust me save your money and time there's much better hotels with way better service in Dubai!
