Els Pins Resort & Spa

Last year we came as a couple and really enjoyed this hotel. This time we returned with 12 friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. They loved it, the maids and cleaners around the hotel are amazing, it’s spotless 👍🏻 Carlos and his team at the bar/pool bar work tirelessly delivering top quality drinks and food, only let down are the olives🫒, obviously not a big issue. 100% we will return again next year, ty

Excellent all round !! The rooms upon check in were lovely, very clean and bright. I wouldnt want to set the expectation for the hotel that this is always possible, but upon check in I did ask if I could change to a room with a water view but due to the busy nature of the hotel it wasnt possible. When I asked for an iron for the room I was told I could move. The receptionist (Laura or Sarah) came and helped me move to the room with a lovely ocean view which was a delight to wake up to every morning. I was so suprised at how well the rooms were serviced every day. All my clothes were folded, everything neatly arranged in the bathroom, it was a pleasure to come back to every day. On one of the nights on my neighbours decided to get rather loud with music and talking, I made a complaint and it was recitified straight away. I was also met by the manager in the morning with an apology. Five star service and treatment !! The location itself is ok. Its about a thirty minute walk to San Antonio (if thats where you want to be!) The surrounding area had a few bars etc but most of them were english style bars which is not my thing. Supermarket was across the road to stock up on beers etc. Their was always taxis around to take you to other parts of the island. The only very small comments I could make to improve would be: The small pillows in the room were very lumpy and not really much use but we were given extra pillows. It did tend to get noisy in the morning when the cleaners were coming around, lots of banging of doors and moving of beds, so didnt make it very easy to get a nice lie in sometimes The TV's in the room are very old and have very few UK channels I usually bring a HDMI cable with me to plug my laptop in and watch netflix but they didnt have a HDMI cable(due to age) they did have a USB though so I could play some music The music at the pool seemed to be on 30 minute rotations and got a little tedious (given its ibiza) The sauna while advertised on the pages is only actually available for a fee from the spa(but was only 12 euros) All in all despite the little glitches here and there I would book back here in a heartbeat as it was a delight to be in

We went for 3 days for my Partners birthday and I have to say the Hotel was very clean and modern with rooms very spacious and a big balcony. The staff were really helpful and friendly and were able to answer any queries we had about transport, food, etc. We opted for the breakfast option and I’m glad we did. There was a lot of options and you were blessed with a spectacular view. Location and price was amazing, extreme value for money and the extra surprise birthday message with a bottle of Prosecco was a really nice touch and made us feel appreciated. I usually do not write reviews for hotels that I have had positive experiences in as I usually forget but this is hands down the best hotel I’ve been to overall, would deffo recommend for couples or anyone looking to get away for some nice weather!
