We visited for a birthday holiday. On arrival, first impressions.... beautiful a lovely fresh clean and very modern hotel designed with true ibiza in mind. Check in was very easy with super friendly staff. I had ordered a cake to the room with cava and a card which arrived shortly after settling in. The rooms are very large and spacious with a very large and extremely comfy bed. Mini bar with soft drinks, a rain shower and alot of storage, hairdryer and TV are also in the rooms and we requested an iron on arrival which we kept until departing. We stayed on a b&b basis. Breakfast was served between 8 & 11 daily with lots of choice including Cereals, breads / toast , bacon, sausage, fried, scrambled and omellete eggs, beans, vegetables, cheese, ham, pastrami, salad, fresh fruit, yoghurt with toppings, preserves, pastries, cakes, donuts, juice, tea & coffee. The selection was extremely large so not sure why the bad review, I mean what else would one wamt for breakfast?? We also had sandwiches around the pool which cost 10 euro for the 2 so not bad pricing at all. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas. Lovely fresh white towels and linen. The main pool is large with lots of loungers and beds to choose from. There is also a smaller pool with a sea view and more loungers. The beautiful beach can be accessed via the side walk of the hotel and will no dissappoint. Towels are available at reception for a 10 euro deposit. There are many bars and restaurants around the hotel, would definitely recommend Relish, urban lounge and mei ling (see reviews) you can also get a taxi 6euro to town or a water taxi for 4 euros pp just a couple of minutes down the road. An airport taxi is Approximately 35 euro and reception will book a taxi for you to the main road . All in all a beautiful place with lots to do. The hotel is amazing and definitely worth a visit.

I visited this hotel in 1969 ! When I saw that it had been totally refurbished I had to return. Superb rooms and beautiful gardens, pool area and restaurant. Only two annoying aspects. I have never stayed at a hotel which charges an extra 15€ per day for parking. As wonderful as the rooms are, they have no tea or coffee making facility, a great shame as every other aspect is great.

I have just returned from a week away staying at this hotel with a friend. Overall, a very clean and tidy hotel (in communal areas as well as hotel room) and definitely somewhere I would recommend to stay. We had opted for the bed and breakfast option and I’m pleased we did because I found the breakfast food very average (expected for Buffet food). Whilst laying by the pool (sea view), unfortunately you are constantly hassled by people selling you items (watches, bracelets, towels, handbags etc). There is no way to prevent them from entering the hotel premises. There is a path which runs alongside the hotel and sea, a lot of people noticed the nice pool setting and chose to stop off and use the sunloungers (non-paying guests). There is no monitoring of this and it became clear this was a common occurrence. The AirCon in the room was harsh, even if you turn it off, there is still air coming out of the vents. I had to use the duvet provided, sheet and bed throw and I still felt cold. I often woke up during the night freezing cold. I did not feel too good on my last day (sore throat, blocked nose) and chose to spend the day in the shade. I can only think this will be down to the AirCon, I really would recommend that the hotel get this looked into. The air is being circulated around the room which becomes stagnant and is a breading ground for bacteria.
