DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! Cancelled my reservation the night before flying to Milan. Kept on telling me that the reservation had been cancelled and told me they could not help me. Customer service was no help. Very rude and provided no help even though they confirmed my reservation earlier that day when I had messaged. Had to find a hotel the morning I flew to Milan which was very stressful.

Very clean and nice. The place to be when you visit Milano . Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Close to Duomo, only 5 minutes walk from Central Square and to shopping centre. Οnly the on line check in was a bit strange as a process since you have to contact a representative of Sonder to give you the link to the application. It is not available anywhere

Our room was ground-level, and its window looked directly onto the street. As we went to sleep, we felt a flow of air coming into the room and noise from outside. When my wife tried to close the window, it popped out of the frame. Fortunately, she managed to hold it while I could help. We left the window propped up, and I went to the front desk to ask for help. When the concierge saw the situation, he claimed that we had broken the window because if they rented rooms in that state, they would be sent to jail. Later he reacted and was kinder. He told us he could not change rooms because they had just rented the last ones. Together with the concierge, we left the window sash detached from its frame so that it would be less likely to fall. My wife and I moved the bed because if the window sash, which must have weighed about 20 kilos, fell out, it could have caused a severe accident. We have numerous photos to illustrate the above. After this incident, we spent the night practically sleepless because of our indignation, the fear that the window would fall, and the noise coming from the street. This event was before a 20-hour plane ride. The hotel manager in the morning acknowledged that the window was broken, but he claimed that it could be left in place with little effort. I believe we have the right to be compensated for the grave accident suffered.
