Speak up if something isn't right!
Oh man, I will not be returning to this hotel. PLEASE do not feel the need to access the preferred club level. It is 100% not worth it (we even asked to be refunded) not one single person checks your level so you can do it all without paying extra. We had a bad experience with our room, a foul odor came out of our vent. We were told that a deep clean would happen and that did help with the smell but it came back so on the last night they said there was something going on in the room so we moved rooms our very last night. Next time i need to voice my complaints loudly and not feel like i am putting them out. I definitely don't want to end this review on a sour note so I will say that the Explorers Club for kids was AMAZING!!! The food was fantastic and the location of everything on the resort was great.

Great time with Family
Had an amazing time with my family at this hotel. The food and service were great, the staff was always looking to make the best of our stay, especially Alberto - Pool concierge, who made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back

Family Vaycay
Edwin made our experience the best! He’s fabulous! Highly recommend asking for Edwin if you’re out by the pool! Great place for the whole family! Awesome activities and entertainment! This was the best vacation! Also, highly recommend swimming with the dolphins!
