Dream Downtown

We were recommended this hotel by Booking.com and I need to post this as I don’t want another family suffering the same fate. It’s not for family it’s a pretentious hang out with night club built into it. This hotel had a party till 4am with music so loud it vibrated the walls and was impossible to sleep. We were in our room listening to drunk people run up and down the halls. The hotel said it’s a party area! No refund sorry you could have moved rooms Booking.com promised a refund for the night but are now backing down even though I have it in writing from them This was meant to be a birthday treat for our son it ended up being a nightmare and to be honest a little scary. The rooms have very small beds, no cups, not enough towels for our party size. Parking is opposite and it’s $80 a night.

I have an upcoming visit in March and I made an error on my reservation and made it for Feb by mistake. I contacted the reservation office and spoke with Yelenda who was not only able to help me correct the issue, but also made sure I was I was not penalized for my error. This is outstanding customer service. 👏 Thank you. I look forward to my upcoming visit with the confidence Dream Downtown has the customer service values I respect and value.

Stayed for a last minute stay and everything from the amenities to the cleanliness were top notch. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating too. I will definitely be returning for future upcoming trips.
