Hotel with a friendly staff but it is geting old and would need a renovation / update to meet todays standards. Breakfast included (s c Continental) but is very limited to croissants and serials with milk more or less, and if you eat bacon or scrambled eggs you are charged $15 extra. This information is not so crystal clear. ”Resort Fee” at $15 per day is another way of hiding cost for the guest/customer. I would expect a hotel in this are to have a small pool and a hotel reception whithout having to pay extra for this.
My days were incredible thanks to Ingrid. I will definitely be back. A beautiful experience. I recommend Ingrid's attention, ask for her. My family and I were delighted with this great experience🎉🎉🎉
I stayed here for a week to attend a conference nearby. The place is huge and includes some amenities like restaurants, shops, pools, and a gym. The gym is pretty small: three benches, some dumbbells, a multipurpose machine, a couple of rowing machines, tapis roulant, and a peloton bike (you need the account for that). The rooms include a microwave, a fridge, an iron, an hair dryer, a TV, and a coffee machine (with cups and coffee). They say that they offer a room cleaning service on demand, but they cleaned my room everyday and I never asked for it. The cleaning is not deep, meaning that they change the towels, bring new coffee cups, and change soap bars (what a waste!). The experience here was good, but I cannot stop thinking about all the waste of resources. They keep the air conditioning so high that it's freezing (I switched off mine the first day), switch on all the lights (I switched them off everytime I left my room, but they were on everytime I got back), put new soap bars daily, and even change the toilet paper. I understand that some people may like this kind of "luxury", but we should try to change our behaviour if we want to fight climate change for real.
