The hotel is in a fantastic location with all the amenities.Kasim at the travel desk was extremely helpful in organising all the activities for us. He was extremely helpful in getting all activities and tickets organised at short notice and we were very pleased with all of them.

Hello, i came here last summer for a few days with my husband. We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we walked in to the moment we had to leave. Im going to start with Samantha the front desk agent, she was the one who checked us in. She was so informative and friendly! I could talk to her all day!! She really looked out for us during our stay to make sure everything was nothing but perfect! We love her so much that we would come again because of her❤️ then the rooms were a bit outdated, i hope next time around the rooms have better interior design, but we loved the view. When we went to the pool/beach area, there wasnt much shade and dubai in the summer are really really hot. It would of been nice to have more shade. The food was really tasty, but what really made it stand out was the staff. There was this young man called Michael who treated us so well! There was a manager named niki, he was such a gentleman! Overall 10/10 thanks to the amazing staff this property has!

This new hotel has first class service. From the meet & greet, to the cleaning of the room, breakfast, spa services. All was first class all the way. Exercise Room, Steam Room made it all worthwhile stay. Would come back to this hotel.
