Simply outstanding
Great location, very spacious rooms, but above all the most incredible staff and best customer service I have ever experienced in any class of hotel. From our first interaction with the concierge to the last interaction with the restaurant staff on our last evening exceeded all expectations. Every single staff member was willing to go out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable, happy and enjoying our stay. A special mention goes out to the chef. The food was delicious and he made an effort to listen to what guests liked and incorporated their preferences into his meal plans. The pastry chef also gets an honorable mention for the most incredible chocolate brownies we have ever had. It will be very hard coming back to Dubai and staying anywhere else!

Perfect location for a family get away.
Can’t wait to return. Everything about the hotel was brilliant, from the warm cookies upon check in, to the warm and friendly staff throughout the resort. Ideal location as everything we needed was within walking distance, shops, restaurants, beach. Perfect place to unwind. Our 3 bedroom apartment was ideal for the family as we all have our bedrooms and bathrooms but with spacious communal areas to come together in. Think it’s 3 more sleep and we will be there again!

Best of both worlds
We have a wonderful time. The hotel is based in a good location, nearby alot of activities and restaurants. The hotel is clean and our room was spacious. The service provided by the staff is impecable. Everyone is friendly and wants to make sure your stay is a good one. A big thank you to Ritah, Anwar, prosper and kagiso.
