Destino Pacha Ibiza Hotel

We had an incredible stay at the Destino Pacha Ibiza and one to remember on my first time in Spain to celebrate my birthday. The best treatment wouldn’t be possible if not because of Gafnit, a hotel front desk manager and a fantastic woman who made sure my friend and my stay were one of the best experiences to date. She gave us a suite room with a balcony facing right in front by the pool where all the fun was happening during the day (pool party), which we liked and enjoyed so much, but one of the best parts of our room was the fantastic sea view overlooking our balcony. We would definitely recommend it to our family and friends and we are looking forward to our next trip to Ibiza already. Thank you so much, Gafnit, for your warm welcome and hospitality. Cheers! Rating is based on checkin, room & food quality. We stayed here in slow season, everything felt very commercial. Our booking mentioned ‘upgrade will be offered if available’. The hostess did not mention it (the hotel was not busy), told breakfast is not included but it was. After couple of hours we mentioned breakfast included, checked somewhere (over ph) & said included, lack of professionalism! The room is very tiny specially the bathroom & toilet, sink is too small water splashes all over the place. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The pool area is large but sittings are very congested (as they rent pool side beds to non guests, try to cover space as much as possible). The beach view from the pool area is beautiful. The pool & restaurant staffs are very helpful and friendly. Food is ok/regular, expensive and doesn’t serve any sides with entree, need to buy separate; bread is not served either. We had local Chicken, Chilean Wagyu Steak, Ibiza’s catch for 2, Philadelphia sushi, Chicken quesadilla, fish tacos. Buffet breakfast was very good, plenty of options including hot dishes, pastries, breads, cereals, fruits etc.
