Conrad Dubai

We stayed 5 days at the Conrad Dubai during our vacation and I must say that everything was perfect. As a Hilton Diamond member we got a nice room upgrade with a stunning view over the city. The whole team, really everybody was so welcoming and friendly, amazing! Especially the ladies at the Executive Lounge do a fantastic job - a big thank you goes out to Roshni, Hannah and Aika who were very caring and made our stay unforgettable! This hotel has one of the best breakfasts I have seen, lot's of choices of different dishes from different countries - here too the staff is so friendly and attentive. I also want to mention that the pool area is closed during our stay due to a leakage - this was a little dissapointing at first BUT the management did everything to provide a very nice replacement and shuttled us to the new Hilton Dubai the Palm resort where we could use pool and beach - perfect! It was a great stay with wonderful memories and I will definitely come back!

Friendly, caring staff and Calming environments, with the smell of sweet oud, best location. Thank you Isla for the great coffee, almost didn't have it but thank you Gamze for the recommendations will be back again next time with my family. ❤️

They nice luxury hotel with warm welcoming socially from badawy with his warm smile and the Arabic coffee! The bed is very comfy! The breakfast was amazing! I loved it to the maximum! The staff are very very friendly! I enjoyed my stay ! See you soon Conrad !!
