Amazing stay
We had a large and spacious suite with dual aspect balconies. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and we enjoyed dinner in the restaurant one night. Most outstanding aspect was the incredibly courteous and efficient staff everywhere in the hotel, right from the initial welcome to restaurant and departure. One problem we had in the room was quickly resolved and a bottle of wine provided as an apology. One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Columbia hotel is a dream come true! Unforgetable days with lots of activities and nights with well chosen live music! The staff is friendly and helpful at all times. The view from my room was fantastic ,espessialy the sunrise and the sunset.

Just wow
Arrived late at night and welcomed with a lovely drink at the bar. Room was fantastic, I could have spent the trip just in here. Breakfast was outstanding and included. The staff literally could not do enough for you. Spa was also included and one of the best that we have visited. Only issue we had was the requirement to move rooms due to an issue with the pool that required building work. The communication was great, they moved us with little fuss and gave use a free upgrade and free dinner to make up for this. While this was irritating to move, they did it in the best way and with the customer in mind. Without doubt I would stay here again.
