Had a nice stay here in February however on our return we noticed an unauthorised payment of BBD99 (approximately £41) on our credit card. I mailed the office to be told they would look into it but nothing was done and two subsequent (polite) reminders have just been ignored. It's not a great amount but this is very poor from the hotel. It looks like they just don't care and we are unhappy that this has overshadowed what was otherwise a great holiday
Great hotel! We were in the little chalets across the road. They were a bit basic but perfect for us. We loved having our own space and fridge for extra Banks beers! The shop next door is good. The wifi was good, so the kids were happy. The hotel is great, we ate a Jakes a fair bit and the service is just really good. The food was always to a high standard. The activity desk is super helpful. The beach bar happy hour is not to be missed for sunset ! I loved how the sun loungers are cleared away every night so the beach is cleaned perfect each day. Which brings me to the beach… and oh my ! The snorkelling on the mini reef. It was amazing. On the first day we saw a massive turtle right outside the hotel, she was a very chilled turtle and we even got photos with the turtle. So many fish to see. We went to Folkestone marine park and also Pebble beach at Carlisle Bay but the best snorkelling was at CC for ease. We caught the local buses outside the hotel, that was really fun and useful. Top tip - get the bus to Ostins on a Thursday and eat at Uncle George. Super yummy and easier than on a Friday. Can’t wait to get back to Coconut Court! Perfect destination for us.
The staff was quite helpful. We were greeted with rum punch upon our arrival. The room is a good size and we had a great view from our terrace. It is also conveniently located for visiting the Barbados Museum and George Washinton House.
