Coco Hacienda Tulum

Very pleased with this hotel - Big spacious room/bathroom with smart tv and good air con - Breakfast wasn’t a buffet it was hot and cold drink, toast, fruit and granola and eggs with toast, you where given them all one by one , all were tasty and filling - Located on the end of the main road, lots of bars/restaurants located within 10 minute stroll, couldn’t really hear the main road from the hotel - Booked our Chichén itza tour with reception, they were very helpful - Can get to the beach via taxi or cycle, wouldn’t recommend walking it’s over an hour, we had a leisurely cycle which took 20 minutes on a cycle path, bikes available to rent at the hotel or all along the main road. Lots of places to lock up the bikes on the beach for free

Wow, what a unique experience. Our 2 nights at Coco Hacienda was one of the highlights of our trip. The property makes you feel like you're staying in your own private jungle with beautiful plants and sounds of wildlife. At the same time, you're just steps away from everything in town, the location couldn't be better. The complimentary breakfast was generous and all of the staff, from the restaurant, front desk, and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the Oasis rooms and it was definitely worth the price. If we return to Tulum in the future we'll be booking with this hotel for the duration of our trip.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay. Pool area was a relaxing space. Breakfast was a nice inclusion. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Louis the masseuse in the zen zone for a thorough and well needed massage. Worth the price. Thank you
