ZERO Empathry
We had booked this hotel thru Agoda. By mistake had booked 2 times on Agoda. I cancelled one but missed out the 2nd booking. I found out about the 2nd booking after my credit card was charged. Reached out to Agoda and they informed hotel has refused to deviate from the hotel policy and asked us to talk to hotel. I reached out to hotel and explained my mistake and requested partial refund. They refused to do anything against their Policy. Policies are designed by Humans and not AI. There was zero (0) empathy shown by the hotel. It was a huge amount lost by me and even after requesting partial refund, I was told they can't refund as per policy. I understand policy are there to ensure business don't face losses but they shouldn't override the compassion and human angle. This was a bad experience for me personally.

Best place I've stayed
Will definitely book again when in the area. Felt like home, booked a 3 bedroom lakeview. was very spacious and clean. Service was great and felt very safe. Pool area was relaxing and drinks were good. Was great having your very own hot tub in the back.

Great place to stay
We have just spent the most wonderful 10 day holiday at Regal Oaks. We just couldn’t find anything to complain about. The accommodations were excellent and fully equipped the resort pool was relaxing with plenty of amenities. I would recommend staying there to anyone looking for a good self catering holiday. Well done to all the team that run the facility.
