We had a great experience with this hotel. The biggest positives were: The location, particularly if you want to be near a tube stop - it’s literally steps from Tower Hill station; The vibe - friendly staff, fun atmosphere, great bars (one in the lobby and one on the top floor with a rooftop access with great views of the Tower of London); The check in/check out procedure: Simple, high tech system that was user friendly. The only thing we weren’t completely thrilled with was in our room the bed was pushed all the way up to the wall on one side, so someone had to climb over the other to get out of it. However, the room had an incredible view of the Shard, and some rooms overlooked the Tower of London. The bed was super comfortable and there was an iPad to control the lights, shades, etc. We would definitely stay there again!

Costing like a 5 Star hotel but the service/amenities and the hotel itself are more like a hostel really. The location is really great - Tower Hill station is adjacent to the hotel.
