Really inconsistent support
I mistakenly booked the wrong nights at this hotel after travel plans were put on hold. I called hotel immediately and they graciously offered to cancel the reservation as a one time courtesy even though it was non refundable They said Expedia needed to reach out to facilitate. When Expedia reached out they said they won’t refund. Very annoyed with the bait and switch here.

One Of My Fav Hotels
When I want comfort and chill vibe this is the hotel I choose. Love the breakfast and 2:00 pm checkout after a late nightout.
