No windows
This was advertised as a 4 star hotel on booking.com. Its not. It’s more like an easy hotel. 3 star. The room layout is terrible. I felt trapped. Windows don’t open. The sink is outside the washroom. No place to set the luggage. The locker is located at the bottom drawer. Nothing fits in the fridge. No coffee maker, iron, luggage rack, Amenity kits. The hotel chain is trying too hard to look cool but are missing the point of being a hotel. Its only good to stay here a day, maximum two days. It’s like a cheap airline trying to maximize space and shove more seats in. Hand you an iPad to make them look sophisticated and hip. And pay extra for hand luggage.

Easy but a tad pricey
Always very quirky and fun. Love the bar and lounge downstairs, I feel very GenZ when I’m there. Pricy but then it’s London. My go to for when I stay over instead of taking a late train. Easy access to Ubers but also many good eateries around as well.

Still great places to stay
Enjoyed staying again, especially relaxing in the bar and lobby. Drinks pricing apart from tea and coffee is a little challenging, but overall still a nice experience
