This is an exceptional luxury hotel! Our experience is that it was rather pricey, but we booked the Cave Pool suite and it absolutely lived up to our expectations! Magical! We stayed for a week and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were so kind and responsive and made us feel attended to at every moment. They helped me arrange a special birthday surprise for my fiancé and they helped him arrange his proposal!! Yes, we got engage this trip! The buffet breakfast was out of this world! Lunch and dinner options are a bit pricey but yummy, so just be prepared for that. The shuttle service to town was such a huge and appreciated help. Other than the bathroom light going out and needing to request to have the mini fridge to be replenished, we had no issues with the room or hotel. The outside pool and day beds were magical! Drinks are a tad pricey depending on what you’re used to, but they are delicious. We were also pleasantly surprised that everything that was open and available along with the amount of people at the hotel, considering we went during a low season time. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the hotel smelled amazing!!

We had an amazing experience staying at Cava Tagoo for our Honeymoon. It's worth every penny! The staff was incredible, the amenities are top notch, and you can't beat the location. I will say, the pool is definitely the best part. My only flag would be there is definitely a strong influencer vibe here, so be prepared to see A LOT of people taking photos for their social media.

First impression... beautiful hotel, kind check-in professional and very helpful concierge team. However, by nightfall, the pool and restaurant is transformed into a loud, EDM playing restaurant that makes falling asleep a challenge is your room is near the pool. This goes on until 1am. Clearly, the management priority is their dinner guests but not their hotel guests. After all, the number one reason people stay at a hotel is to rest. We had a few misses with the service and they have some very strange water policy...free in room and at the bar through lunch, but $10 at night and no water at the front desk. If not for some really nice people working there (except for Kiki), this would have been a2 rating...this is NOT a 5 star hotel and way overpriced. I did want to make sure I mentioned, the breakfast buffet was excellent.
