This is a very nice art-deco hotel, right on Ocean Drive on Miami South Beach. The interior of the lobby is beautiful, that of the room as well. There is an old-fashioned elevator (100 years old?) that sometimes has its issues, but it is a very good experience to take it. Just beautiful. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very good. We got two complimentary water bottels, one complimentary bottle of wine, and three complimentary soda cans. The fridge and the safe were both spacious. The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was served in the lobby and outside (included in the mandarory resort fee of 39,90 $). You can choose from different options (like scrambled eggs + bacon + potatoes) for breakfast. Free coffee and ice water were available in the lobby. There was free WiFi, but it was rather slow. When you step out of the door, you are already on Ocean Drive with its vibrant atmosphere. The beach is about 300 m away. The hotel is difficult to reach by car as this part of Ocean Drive was closed the two days we were there. I do not know whether this is customary or not. The area is also very busy in terms of traffic, i.e. no free parking space near the hotel. After circling the hotel area three times, we ended up in a valet parking garage about 300 m away that cost 40 $ for 24 h (including in and out privileges that we did not use). This was not a problem for us, but for elderly of nadicapped people, the accessibility of the hotel may be an issue. You might consider to call the hotel before you arrive and ask for directions.

My party and I enjoyed staying at this Boutique Hotel. Pros and cons. Pros: Excellent location Beach seats and hotel's umbrellas almost across the street Breakfast included Clean and conformable bed and bedding Very nice Boutique Hotel I want to thank Patrick and Juan who were absolutely wonderful and helped us to accommodate and enjoy our stay. Cons: bathroom towels could be whiter and the insect that was dead in our bathroom but housekeeping came quickly so that was great. On this occasion, I am giving it 4 stars! Mostly because of Patrick and Juan, two wonderful employees who provided excellent customer service. Thank you and we will be back.

I stayed at this hotel from July 8th to July 11th. They took a $200 deposit from my card at check-in and said it would be refunded within 3-4 days after check-out, but it has been 10 days and still no refund. I am trying to contact the hotel, but they are not responding to my messages. I do not recommend this place to anyone, I think they are scammers.
