This five-star hotel is located in 1st ARR right next to Chanel 31 Cambon and Chanel 19 Cambon. Also Dior Paris Saint-Honore, Burberry, Celine Paris, Parfums de Marly, Chanel Parfums and Killian Perfume are within half blocks from the hotel. Hotel is old and believed was built in the 18th century. However, it does not look bad as there must be major renovations in the last hundred of years. Hotel room we have is not that large and may be around 200'+ but there is a walk-out balcony with furniture. Since we were on the fifth floor so we can see many roof tops of other buildings in the area. We also saw sunrise but only once as most of the days in winter are normally gray and cloudy. We can walk to the Musee du Louvre, Palais Garnier, Place de la Concorde and the river bank within 10 minutes. As for the Arc de Triomphe, we took the metro there and walked back to hotel. I believed that it took half an hour but we did stop few times at food cart and took many pictures along Av. des Champs-Elysees. Hotel has breakfast but kind of expensive. It is around US40 per person. The problem is that they do not change the menu so everyday you get the exact same items. L'Assaggio Restaurant, a Michelin Guide Italian restaurant, is located in the hotel. It is famous with the chef, I heard. However, I did not dine there. Plenty of restaurants in the area. We just walked to different restaurants and the longest walk we had was 15 minutes away. On Sunday only a few French restaurants open so the two weekends we were there we took Japanese and Italian food and they are okay too. Rest of the days we basically took French and never went out of choices. If you like soufflé, then you do not want to miss Le Soufflé just around the corner from the hotel. This restaurant is always full and you may have to wait for a bit. I am not fan of soufflé but do enjoy their "non-sweet soufflé." Overall, hotel location is very good. Price is a bit high. Service is well and room is clean.

Great location, amenities and friendly service but breakfast can be better...we have moldy bread one day! also the valet defiantly needs to be better, we checked out at 0306 but our vehicle didn't arrive until 0800, overall good and we will come back again this year and hope all will improve.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Paris. It’s a perfect location! I stay here often and I’ve never been disappointed. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is a 20-30 minute walk to many neighborhoods and very close to a lot of museums. I look forward to visiting again in 2023. Thank you for always making my stay extra special.
