Felix is great! Agoda.com is the worst!
Upon checking in we were told the Agoda.com site sold us the wrong room type. After 6 phone calls and being hung up on 4 times we were told Agoda will honor it however it still has yet to be seen. Felix, at the hotel, did a great job making up for their error. The hotel is beautiful and in a great area. Thank you again to Felix for making our stay great!!

Very good stay with family
Recently stayed with family. Suite was comfortable for our three kids. Convenient to have kitchenette and Publix grocery store across the street. Beautiful beach access and great pool. Service overall not comparable to other 5 star hotels, but hotel was great for our purposes with family. Quick valet. Did not use spa or wellness facilities so cannot comment on those.

A unique, alternative spa retreat
I had a wellness journey here for back pain starting with cryotherapy and ending with a wave Matt (I’d never heard of one). A truly unique experience and has opened my eyes forever - and I will consider these types of treatments over traditional massages in the future - I will be back.
