Sweet caramel
Wonderful hotel with amazing staff rooms are spacious and airy pool area is prefect and a great choice for families couples etc with a breakfast to die for. The staff are extremely attentive in all areas ie restaurants bars and even the room maids.

Third trip and never fails to delight!
Just back from my third trip to Caramel (and I NEVER return anywhere as too many places to see in the world!) - but there is something very special and unique about Caramel. I visited with elderly parents this time, friends last time and family with kids the time before that. Each visit has been an absolute delight - the staff at the hotel are truly outstanding. They go out of their way to anticipate needs, surprise and delight and without exception are so friendly in a very gentle and caring way. The atmosphere in the hotel is classy, without the pomp of luxury, it never feels busy with too many guests, the rooms & pool area are beautiful and the food fresh and delicious. I have never stayed in a hotel before where every single member of staff, from the bar to restaurant to pool to reception to housekeeping, are so genuinely kind, professional and caring. Keep up the great work Caramel, you should feel so proud of the culture that you have created in this hotel - its lovely to see so many familiar faces in the hotel - the staff clearly love their work here and it shows. I look forward to returning again soon I hope :)

Fantastic experience
We stay at the hotel for 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary . The whole experience is absolutely fantastic . We get very welcome greeting from the hotel manager and great help with our luggage . Rooms are comfortable and very clean and spacious . Bed is very comfortable with good mattress that cover all the bed with no “demarcation line” good selection of pillow and plenty of lovely things that making stay very pleasant. Breakfast is very nice and comprehensive and very attentive staff . We had lunch and dinner at the a la carte restaurant that we thoroughly enjoyed . The beach is incredible and the swimming pool is nice as well. All the staff are extremely attentive and helpful. We definitely recommend it and most likely come again .
