Canaves Oia Epitome

We had an incredible experience at Canvas Epitome. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. One of the best features was how easy it was to request anything via WhatsApp—whether it was arranging activities, requesting extra towels, or booking transport, everything was handled seamlessly and promptly. Oia is easily within walking distance, but the complimentary shuttle service makes it even more convenient. It runs as frequently as you need it, making exploring the area completely stress-free. What really made our stay extra special was the thoughtful touch for my wife's 40th birthday. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne and a small cake in the room upon arrival, which was such a wonderful surprise. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! If you're looking for excellent service, convenience, and a place that truly goes the extra mile, Canvas Epitome is the perfect choice.

There's little I can say that others haven't but this is simply an incredible hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, the views and sunsets are unbelievable and the facilities are amazing. The stand out is the staff, however. They are all unbelievable and such a credit to the group. We also visited two of the other properties within Canaves Collection, both in Oia, and the staff at our hotel arranged this for us and we were treated incredibly well, however were always happy to return to Epitome which felt quieter than the others. No negatives at all, just beautiful.

3 days was a perfect amount of time here (although we didn't want to leave!). Extremely wonderful staff, amenities, food, cocktails, etc. It felt like they thought of everything and provided a true luxury experience (which you pay for). We had no problem making multiple reservations upon our arrival after consulting with the staff about what we wanted. We ended up not exploring Oia as much as we initially planned because we didn't want to leave the hotel.
