The hotel offers a service of 4 stars in different kinds of accommodation: double or triple, apartments, studios… some of them on the attached “Villas d’Aljandar”, so each guest finds his peace. In addition to a wonderful place with ample spaces, relaxing views and the quality of nature (UNESCO declared Menorca Biosphere Reserve on 18th October 1993).
The sunrises in Menorca are earlier than in other parts of Spain, the orientation of the Hotel Cala Galdana, allows our costumers to enjoy the King of the Sky during the day from their rooms, gardens and the swimming pool.

Myself and my teenage daughter had a great time at this lovely Hotel. Great location although not a huge amount to do at night but you can always take a walk along the beach to a bar or up the hill to a few bars. Nice friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere on the restaurant which served great food. Beautiful beach and pretty bridge and Harbour. We were at the back of the Hotel which had small balcony but no sun so drying stuff was not easy. Loved the waterfall that was on a couple of times a day. Only down side was the connecting door with the next room so you could hear every word spoken and people on the toilet which was a bit annoying! Pool area very chilled and met some lovely people. Loved it and would come again
Spent 10 nights at Hotel Cala Galdana which is in a lovely quiet setting close to the beach and marina. Food was good and the restaurant has the most comfortable dining chairs ever. Happy hour was 7-8pm at The Lighthouse which closed a few days after we arrived as expected and moved to The Piano Bar in the hotel itself. Room was very comfortable, we were on the 6th floor with a side view of the sea. It’s a pity they only have Juliet balconies but we were aware of that. The hotel has lots of adjacent apartments but they are situated closer to the bars and shops and subject to more noise in the evenings so we were glad we chose the hotel. Waiter service from the snack bar by the pool so no queues for drinks. Weather was glorious but I suffered several insect bites which other guests did too, although one of the regulars visitors said she’d never known it happen before. Had a lovely time and it was worth waiting for, as we had originally booked for 2020 and got cancelled due to covid.t
Hotel; Staff excellent, hotel spotless, food good variety, entertainment not very good as it did not start until 9pm and the acts were what we considered to be karaoke singers. One was excellent and the quiz night was fun. As there are not a lot of places to go the hotel need to up their game in this department. The pool was lovely with a Jacuzzi to enjoy and the various depths were great. However there were not enough sun loungers for all the guests, the hotel should have a stack waiting just in case. We saw a few people searching for them, you should not have to do this on your holiday. Location; Off the beaten track. There is not a lot to see to be honest. The beach is gorgeous, beautiful sand and you can walk quite a long way into the sea. There are cafes on the beach charging reasonable prices. There are caves to explore too. You can walk over a bridge to see boats and then a few shops and restaurants. A trip to Cuitadella is a must- a lovely day out. Room; A good size, comfy beds, kettle and fridge provided, shower amazing and you can hire a safe. Towels provided for the pool. We had a juliet balcony overlooking the pool.-a brilliant view. We would have prefared a full balcony. All tv channels available. For those who smoke, you can smoke in the room, but anywhere else you have to smoke away from other people, eg, pool, restaurants. There are no tobacco shops here but you can buy in Cuitadella. A nice place to go, but not a lot going on. So it all depends on what you are looking for.
