The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were welcoming and provided the necessary info.
This hotel services is very good. Excellent customer service. Very nice food. The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were always courteous and eager to assist with any needs. I felt well taken care of, and any concerns I had were addressed promptly. Given the quality of the accommodations, amenities, and service, I found the hotel to be good value for money. It’s a bit on the pricier side, but the overall experience justifies the cost.

ITALIAN STYLE
Stayed here a few times now very trendy place great breakfast and moments from Harrods at the back and Hyde Park at the front . The team are very helpful and the spa is probably one of the best around the area so a must visit here . You have a great restaurant in there and loads of great eateries all around it .

Best massage I have ever had
I came with my girlfriend for 2 nights and I recommend it it highly very professional and well mannered staff a very beautiful view out of our window one of the best massages I have ever had such a beautiful place I will be coming back here again most definitely.
