very extensive review as this was the 1 thing I was desperately looking for when booking. LOCATION - close to airport, Baha Mar Resort, downtown Nassau to shop & straw market, eating at the local Fish Fry. I tried to find so much information on exactly what the walk to Baha Mar was like, how long, if it was safe, etc. Getting from Breeze’s to Baha Mar was less than 5 minutes on either the beach or out front. You do not go out onto the street at all, they provide a clear walkway from on to the next. We went over to Baha Mar 3-4 times a day. We also took a Taxi (parked right outside the resort) to downtown Nassau (Bay Street) to do some shopping. The ride was about 10-12 minutes and it was $20-$25, cash only. CLEANLINESS ROOMS- The women that cleaned our room for the week was an absolute gem. I believe her name was Rochelle, & she cleaned the room to the best of her ability with the very outdated rooms they have. POOL/HOTTUB - I did not use either. They are dirty. They are cloudy & have junk in them. They look clean from afar but when you are up close there is just so much stuff floating around I couldn’t even believe it. BARS - I cannot say enough how disgusting these bars smelled, especially the outside bar. It was filthy. It smelled like the basement of a club at 3am at closing time. The amount of bees & fruit flies around all the alcohol & counters is all the proof you need to know how dirty it is. I couldn’t even imagine it & am not even sure how an outside bar could possibly be so dirty. The inside bars a little more on the clean side considering there aren’t as many bug options indoors, but again not the greatest considering we watched the employees washing the cups in a sink filled with water & soap, that’s it. Also only 1 bar open at day, wait time is crazy. FOOD - In the cleanliness department I thought all 3 restaurants and the buffet were absolutely fine. DINING - This was by far the worst part of our stay. I cannot even explain how bad this was for us. The beachside lunch hut was the best option for us each day but it only has about 6 options or so, so you are repeatedly eating the same thing. The buffet at breakfast, lunch & dinner was the same thing each day. The variety was god awful & the food was not for anyone that doesn’t like spicy as almost everything they offered was spicy. The salad bar is atrocious as I attempted that one day, they don’t even have a chicken to add or any meat. - There are 3 restaurants open for dinner options, but not each day. Usually only 1 is open each day, maybe 2. Now I will say that the food at all 3 were decent & at least edible. However, getting to one of them to eat was near impossible. They have 3 seating times, 6pm,730pm & 9pm. You cannot make a reservation unless you have more than 8 people & you must get there for the 6 & 730 seating time at least 40 minutes in advance to get in line. After waiting in line, it is possible you get to the front & are told they are full & you will have to come back for the next seating time, & then repeat the process. We had to eat dinner at the 9pm seating every single night we were there. STAFF - this ranged for us. Diego checked us in and seriously could not have been more awesome to us. Even helped us move rooms as our first room had no keypad on our safe. The bartenders were the stinking best as well. Entertainment staff was hilarious. BEACH - this is by far the biggest part of the beach, owned by Breezes. Not only that my husband and I thought also by far the nicest! OVERALL This resort DESPERATELY needs to be updated. It is so old it felt like staying at my grandmothers house. The rooms are old, very dark & offer little to nothing. This was the least of our concern as we weren’t in the room other than shower/sleep. We had to eat 2 meals a day over at the Baha Mar resort as my husband was sick 4/6 days we stayed due to the bar/food at Breeze’s. We tested this by eating 1 full day all 3 meals at Baha and no problems. Please leave comments if you have any questions, I needed this so badly when I booked and am Happy to help.

A HAPPY AND CHEERFUL RESORT. Great Experience. Welcoming and Cheerful lobby, quick check in, comfortable rooms, friendly, courteous and professional staff, lovely beach, great entertainment and wide food selections from three restaurants and pool bar and much more. Muna is fantastic. She knows all of her guests and makes them feel at home. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

I have to say this wasn't what I expected. The food was avg'd at best, wfi was only great in the lobby and the staff wasn't friendly. When we checked in we weren't even told where everything was. Found out that there was a casino next door as we were checking out.
