The Hotel stands in the heart of the old quarter of Palma on one of the city’s oldest streets nestled between two important historic buildings: the Church of Sant Jaume and Santa Magdalena Convent. Both are examples of fifteenth-century Gothic architecture still preserved on the island.
Sant Jaume occupies a house dating from the eighteenth century and is located close to Paseo del Borne, the city’s best and most luxurious shopping area, and a five-minute walk from the paseo marÃtimo promenade. The hotel’s prime location is undoubtedly one of its main attractions.

If you wish to have a design hotel in the center of the old town, experience a beautiful rooftop, Spanish local food (from a michelin chef sister restaurant), spa and massages by exceptional therapists, this hotel is a must. True 5* and luxury with a sprinkle of hone away from home. A greetings to Andrea, Elena, Mariona and the entire team at Sant Jaume. We just can’t wait to be back ! The small luxury details that the team thinks of and offers as service truly makes the difference. Best Aline & Camille

The location of this hotel is perfect . We were offered a drink on our very late arrival and reception organised a restaurant for us as we hadn’t eaten. There were lovely touches in our room of cava and macarons. The bed was very comfortable. I cannot fault this beautiful hotel.

I was extremely lucky to come across this hotel when booking a short getaway to celebrate my 50th Birthday. On arrival we were greeted very warmly by Elena, Just one of the friendly hotel reception staff we were fortunate to have met. We were given a glass of Cava in the bar and Elena took time to explain the Hotel and surrounding to us and she recommended day trips and what we should see while visiting Palma. Even through we were 3 hours early to check in we were told our room was ready for us which was great as we could freshen up before heading out to explore lunch venues. The Hotel was warm and cosy and very quite given it’s location. The room was very lovely modern and clean with a super comy bed and fluffy pillows. The highlight of our stay was being able to book and hours slot in the Spa and have use of the pool and sauna in private. I was also treated to a bottle of Champagne to celebrate my birthday and this made my day extra special, The staff made our stay here very special. The Hotel also has a very lovely restaurant where we enjoyed incredible breakfasts such a good choice of breakfast items and I must say the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. I miss it already and would love to return one day.
