This was the 2nd time my wife and I had visited the BodyHoliday. It is a bit of a drive from the airport but certainly worth it. I scuba dived, Golf at Sandals ( a few mins away by taxi), sailed hobicats, spa most days, beach fit, spin classes etc. lots to do but you can also just lie on the beach and enjoy the rays. The food from breakfast to lunch to dinner was always exceptional. This is an all inclusive resort so you need to try and get the balance right between exercise and the food and drink…. If you do then you should not put too much weight on and you will get the most out of this resort. We met lots of different and interesting people. Mainly Brit’s and Canadians and a few from the US. The staff are exceptional… very customer focused and friendly…. They get the balance right between not hovering around you but always there when you need them. My wife unfortunately twisted her ankle and the BodyHoliday team were fantastic. My wife still managed to get to the spa and also managed, after a couple of days, to do some of the yoga and stretching classes (Hibiscus deck doing yoga at sunset was fabulous.) All in all great holiday again and we will be back as soon as we can…..hopefully for longer next time. Thx again BodyHoliday team and all the best. Cheers Alan Gordon

This was my second visit to the body holiday with a group of friends. It is a great resort for a group as there is enough variety so everyones interests are covered. The beach is stunning and in a beautiful private bay. The beach, bar and restaurant staff are superb and will bring food and drinks from the different dining options to you on the beach - which is perfect if you have done several classes or activities already that day. We did a combination of beach fit, caribbean dance fit (which is so fun!), aquafit, spin, beachside yoga, spin, reformer pilates, morning walks to stunning locations, or using the well equipped gym. You can just show up to most of the sessions so you really can do as little to as much as you like. We wanted to do tennis and archery, but ran out of time! The watersports centre also has daily activities like kayaking, tubing, waterskiing or sailing. All of the food options are great and again you can have healthy or not so healthy options. We went to ITAL for a lunch and tour of the organic gardens which I would highly recommend - the views are incredible and the organic produce is world class. You also get a spa treatment included each day, so the whole experience feels indulgent and relaxing. The staff do a great job of attending to your needs, and the bodyguards (activity staff) do an amazing job of motivating guests, running classes and creating a real Caribbean party atmosphere. Thanks body holiday, we will be back!

Best vacation spot ever. St. Lucia is a former British colony, so expect to see 90% British tourists. They are amazing people and know their manners. So if you are American, like myself, please mind your p's and q's. Use, "May I please have.." before ordering. The staff here are amazing people and you should be kind to them. You get a massage every day, the food is great, and the alcohol selection is on point. Don't be afraid to spend extra on better wines and champagnes they have. Some tips, the day after arriving go to the front desk and book all of your dinners for the trip. There are a few different restaurants that require a reservation. So get those in quick. Schedule all of your treatments at the same time each day, I like mornings over the afternoons, so your schedule is clear for the rest of the day. Don't miss your treatments too. The spa is amazing. I always get a facial, manicure, and pedicure. Sampson (Sam) in the spa is a wonderful human being and will take great care of you. After you first treatment, walk into the spa and schedule all of your extra treatments with him. Don't be afraid to splurge, as the prices are really great and affordable. Sam does great facials and the ladies perform good mani/pedis. Only two cons to this place: 1. the drive from the airport is a long and winding road with terrible traffic and crazy drivers. So be sure to email the resort and have them schedule you a helicopter from the airport to the resort. It will cut down the trip to about a 10 minute helicopter ride and a 15-20 minute cab ride from the closer heliport; 2. the mattresses are junk. They feel like a sheet of plywood over some springs. You can order from their pillow menu for better pillow selection. But the beds suck. No matter what room you get. I've tried the cheapest rooms and the most expensive. So drink up and stay up late, then you'll pass out on the bed.
