Just returned from an absolutely wonderful 8 night stay at Blue Waters. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were exceptional. I will never forget Danette's smiling face every morning, she ensured that my beautiful room was immaculate; John, the Head Gardener's fascinating garden tour; Cameron and his team - the food was exquisite; all were outstanding. I cannot recommend Blue Waters more highly! With many thanks to the Randall family for creating this paradise.

I have just spent 9 very relaxing days in this resort with two friends. It is the most beautiful setting with delightful and charming staff. The rooms are very comfortable with balconies to enjoy the views and the wonderful pelicans flying around! I would certainly suggest a first floor room as they give far more privacy on the balconies. We were on an all inclusive basis and found the food in the Palm and Cove restaurants excellent with plenty of seafood and a big variety of choice at The Palm, although The Cove seemed not to change their menu so two dinners there were enough. The beach restaurant was perfect for lunch too. The gardens are very beautiful and we did a garden tour one morning which was most informative- no idea there were so many different varieties of palm trees! I had a few very small negatives - the first being breakfast which offered no fresh fruit juice, not even orange or grapefruit although these fruits appeared every day on the buffet. I was disappointed with the choice of fruit - no “tropical” with the exception of rather sour pineapple and equally sour passion fruit on a couple of mornings. Also no nice breads from which to choose. The bath towels were not full size, and it was a struggle to get more than one beach towel. On the whole it was a lovely holiday in beautiful surroundings

Another wonderful holiday at gorgeous Blue Waters. Our last trip was in 2020 and this return visit exceeded our expectations (and they were high having been 3 times before). So relaxing being back in welcoming and familiar surroundings. Mr Randall senior really does take the time to spend with as many guests as possible getting to know their likes, thoughts and ideas. The food was as delicious as we remembered and the new Reef beach side restaurant is a great addition. Wine tasting was an unexpected treat and we learnt so much from knowledgeable Jason. The friendliness of the staff and their genuine want to go the extra mile is quite unique and Kevin and Nicole really do lead the way in setting the bar high. Great fun was had in the new games room too and early morning walks with John are always full of fun and the perfect start to the day. Couldn't think of a better place in the world to unwind and recharge even when you have to do a little bit of work each day. Can't wait to go back in 2024 and hopefully many more years to come. Thank you Blue Waters for our 4th, and best yet, stay.
