Very good hotel in a fantastic location next to the beach of Cala Nova. Lovely food, extensive breakfast with attention to food allergies. Great pool area and friendly staff. Room was very nice, but could use some minor touch ups. Ideal location to explore the quieter northern part of Ibiza.

First of all I want to explain that we are traveling a lot around the world and this was not our first stay in a 5***** Hotel. For us, this Hotel is definitely not at the level of a 5***** Hotel: - arrival day, we arrived at 06pm, on the reception there was a line of other 7 guests waiting for check-in. there was only 1 person behind the check-in desk; - after incredible long waiting time we finally checked in, but nobody from the Hotel was so kind to explain us the structure, where we can find what, about opening hours ecc…they explained only when and where is breakfast; - they don’t provide for the guests a beach / pool Tote Bag for towels ecc..; it was not in the room so I guessed maybe we need to ask for it but also after asking they was not able to provide it; their apologize was “sorry we finished them yesterday and we are waiting to receive them again”; I saw nobody of the guests with a Hotel Bag therefore I found this “apologize” really ridiculous; - Breakfast, very small buffet and not a lot of selection / variety of the food. Each day the exactly same food…coffee was terrible. Fruit, especially pineapple, mango and strawberries not fresh! Very bad was that the salmon was no fresh, it was easily to recognize about the taste! There was also “à la carte” options (logically to pay as extra) and there was Pancakes with sour cream and berries on the list. I wondered about the sour cream on pancakes, guessed they mean whipped cream, but in any case when I placed my order, I specified clearly WITHOUT sour cream…as not said - it arrived WITH sour cream (and it was really sour cream not whipped cream, never found this combination of pancakes in other places). And about the berries…ridiculous, 1 rasperry, 2 blueberries and 1 strawberry. After first day of breakfast I asked at the reception kindly if for the remaining stay I can please have GreekYoghurt with berries. The response was “we will check with the kitchen”. Next morning early at 06am I was at the way to the gym and stopped at the reception to ask if they can confirm me to get the GreekYogurt. An immediately response was not possible but the receptionist comes into the gym later and confirmed me that all is fine, I only need to tell at the waiters my room number so they will bring the GreekYogurt. Arrived at breakfast (early on 08:30am) it was a desaster, nobody really knows about the GreekYogurt and after I repeated and explained other 3 times, finally they served it after 40 (!!) minutes waiting time! At the following days was better; - Pool area, the area is to small for all this rooms or there are to many rooms for this area…! The sun beds are located so close together that you will have zero privacy, even if you want to stand up you have no space and if you arrive at the pool only in the afternoon there will be no more free beds available! - Pool bar / restaurant- service, here I have only 2 words to say - TERRIBLE AND A TOTAL DESASTER!! It will be too long to explain everything so you can imagine how bad it was! just some points: waiting time to place an order abnormal long, at least 3 times you should ask for it, most of them what we ordered arrived wrongly or they completely forgot to bring it, asking for a still water with freshly squeezed lemon juice it was daily a new challenge. there was a lot of waiters, the most of them was friendly (not all!) but it was evidently that they have no idea or experience in the gastronomy, no organization only chaos! And the kitchen is not better, ordered fresh fruit salad (pineapple and banana was definitely not more fresh) and it comes with a taste of onion, it means they cut the fruit with a knife where before they cuttings onions! - Housekeeping, roughly each day there was some issues, no fresh / clean coffee cups, no coffee tab, no fresh towels and there was only 1 housekeeping per day, normally in a 5***** Hotel they made Housekeeping in the morning and also in the evening! Restaurant / bar / rooftop OUTSIDE areas are NON SMOKING areas but this is not announced on the website of the Hotel or on booking platforms! At evening before leaving I asked for late check-out, the receptionist told me she will check and will let me know in the morning at the day of leaving. We was in our room until 11am, nobody from the reception called us or told us something…but after 12:00 keys doesn’t works anymore, back to the reception, nobody knows nothing about my request (asking me if I remember the person with who I talked about this)…finally they was so kind and applied late check-out! The car parking service was top! Very friendly guys, very fast service at each time of the day. Bless Hotel Ibiza has 5***** star prices for living, food and drinks!! But the structure, quality, service and the whole organization is definitely not at the level of a 5***** Hotel! I want to make clear that I am absolutely not claiming about the price level because I was aware about this before I booked and 5***** Hotels has a certain category of prices this is clear and logical, BUT if I pay for a certain category of Hotel I pretend that also the service is adequate! During vacation is it very exhausting to ask and repeat things different times, day per day, not receive the ordered food or drinks, to “fight” for a sunbed on the pool or to place an order…!! It stressed me a lot and it was not relaxing!! For us - Bless Hotel Ibiza never again!!

Not the indulgent escape advertised. Lovely setting, rooms clean and tidy. Breakfast options were good but staff inexperienced. We only had 3 breakfasts and 3 mornings it was chaos. There were other minor issues but the final straw was that no bar was available to drink at on a Saturday night due to the out of bounds roof top for a wedding. It is scandalous that a hotel of that class did not have another bar open for there hotel guests. Not worth the money.
