Had a great experience from start to finish. Jhovany was a great help In booking the hotel really patient and answered all queries. Hotel was very clean, good facilities and very family friendly. Our first holiday as a 3 and the staff were exceptional at making us feel welcome and ensuring our needs were met.

The hotel and the location, specifically adjacent to Playa Nova, is incredible. The beauty can’t be underestimated. However, I would say what separates this hotel from all others is their amazing staff. Each and every staff member that we interacted with went over and above to assist us in every way. The first people we interacted with were the valet, check-in person and the bell staff. Marco and the other valet guys, the check-in lady and the bell staff were all beyond amazing. They continued throughout our entire stay to take care of everything flawlessly, and we didn't even have to tell them what to do most of the time. For example, we would simply drive up, get out of the car, leave the keys in the car (regardless if they were there or not) and if we had anything in the car it was brought up to our room and the next time we needed the car we would call the front desk and it would be waiting for us with two cold waters and two hand/face wipes in it. Amazing service. The staff at the breakfast buffet, and all the people who took our orders and brought our food were exceptional, especially the girls that seat you. They were so kind and helpful and always made sure we sat exactly where we wanted and they were concerned if we were too cold or too hot. They offered blankets if we were cold and shade when we were hot. Great staff. Moving on to accommodations...we worked with Irati Perez. She was beyond phenomenal to work with. She is absolutely fantastic and calling her merely amazing would be an insult (she's far more). Further, in regards to hospitality and customer care..... In what can only be described as a bizarre coincidence, we were away from the hotel at Playa Llenya and did not know the layout of that beach.. We saw two girls walking towards us and asked for help. One of the girls immediately stopped to help us. I can't even express how grateful we were that she took time out of her day to be so helpful, kind and thoughtful (with the most beautiful and genuine smile in probably all Spain). Again, this was just a random person we never met before, at a different location from the hotel (meaning, having nothing to do with the hotel). However, ironically and shockingly, two days later we were at the front desk of the hotel and the very girl who had helped us two days prior at a non-hotel related location, walked up and said, "hi, I thought that was you two, do you remember me" (which of course we did). We quickly discovered that she works for the hotel in the hospitality and/or marketing division. Her name is Natalia Aragón and she deserves extra acknowledgment and many accolades. If I owned a hotel in Ibiza she would be working there the next day (as well as Irati). Natalia reminds you of those people who’s only limits in life will be the ones they put on themselves - meaning (and because) Natalia has no limits to what she could accomplish in life and that’s clear to see as soon as you communicate with her. In addition, we ate at Etxeko (Michelin Star restaurant at the hotel) and it was beyond amazing. The staff there were so professional and knowledgeable that they shocked us each time a new dish would arrive. We couldn't decide whether it was the food, service or the knowledge that was more impressive, but all together it was mind-blowing. Finally, our stay at Bless, specifically because of the staff and aforementioned people, made it one of the best vacations of our lives (and we travel a lot). Everything and everyone, from the pool/towel/lifeguard guys to the girl who put chocolates on our bed at night were phenomenal. I only wish I owned a travel website or was an online travel influencer so I could write a full article on how amazing this hotel, and specifically the staff at Bless are. We are looking forward to staying there again in either September and/or October of this year. 10-STARS!!

A beautiful hotel, with beautiful views. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, the food is excellent, including room service. The hotel is well situated close to the centre of Es Canar which is full of restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this hotel.
