Black Pearl is the ideal hotel for a COVID SAFE and great place to stay for your vacation. For your safe and relax vacation we offer our spacious suites. Each suite comes with a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own meal if you want. We serve in suite breakfast so you can enjoy your breakfast in your own private suite and don’t need to go outside. Besides that we offer our shopping service and bring your order up to your suite. The Black Pearl has several (private) entrances, and also a parking garage. The Black Pearl takes pride in the way we always clean our suites. Spotless clean and hygienic!

Horrible experience
Be prepared to listen to cars drive all night and people outside talking. Whole room is made of cheap Windows so you hear every single thing. Heavy lady at front desk was very rude. Had to book another hotel for the next day so I could get some sleep. Told the lady about why I’m checking out early and she refused to give me a refund for the night I didn’t use. She said oh well you’re in the city it’s loud deal with it. I live in downtown Chicago and never have a complaint about loud noise. The building is just cheaply made here at the Black Pearl. Don’t stay here

First Class
Great location. Walking distance to every Main Street. Friendly staff. Always willing to help. Beautiful rooms, very clean , modern and spacious. Felt very safe there as well. A bit expensive but well worth it. Very quiet as well. Highly recommend.

Great choice for Reykjavik
Pros Modern apartments Good location near old habour, and many good restaurants (recommend Hungry Chef and Sushi Train just opposite, and Pho restaurant 100 m away) Good amenities in apartment - cooking utensils, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, etc. Helpful service by reception Great house keeping. Cons No washer dryer The balcony faces the wrong way to see northern lights. Partial view visible from bedroom windows.
