A Great Stay!
This place is first class in every respect. We have stayed at the Lanesborough, the Langham, the Sofitel and One Aldwych in the past and enjoyed them all but this one is the best. The hotel is beautifully maintained , the staff friendly but so well trained at providing great service and the food ( we had breakfast only) was terrific. The location is also close to two tube stops. Hotel is not large so very quiet. A great stay.

Late review. One week stay in September 2023. Excellent service, great location, and large room that was quite comfortable. The staff is very accommodating. Less stuffy than the Connaught. Easy walk to Sloane Square, Harrod’s, and Chelsea Physic Garden.

Fabulous staying feeling at home
Everything outstanding. The room was so spacious and elegant, there was a large bathroom and the service was extraordinary perfect. Our breakfast was amazing and the food excellent. A special “thank you “to the receptionist Laura
