Pino made up for the lack of.
The hotel was nice, but the elevators were down from a previous thunderstorm. They put us on the 5th floor and was expecting us to walk that up everyday. We complained and they graciously gave us another room and a bottle of champagne so that made up for that. Pino at the front desk was VERY accommodating, respectful, and happy. He made our stay better👍🏾👍🏾

My vacation
The room was great and very comfortable. The service was very kind and caring. We were checked in by Pino and he made our stay the best. Always entertaining us with great stories. The breakfast is in included and very delicious. Place is located in the heart of south beach just a 2 minute walk from the beach.

Personable and warm staff makes this hotel feel like home without the stress of home—Bino at the front desk is a talented at hospitality. I was friendly to the staff, they all were super friendly and caring in return. My four day stay was perfect.
