Great location
The hotel has a great location for the seafront and old town. Rooms are tired but perfectly ok however I don’t think you should have to pay for a room safe. No tea of coffee making facilities in room. Not really 4 star. The staff worked hard but there were not enough at times. We were all inclusive but should have gone B&B. Lots of bars and Cafes nearby.

A bad place to be
Avoid this hotel. The food is disgusting, rooms are not very clean, and the staff is rude. The door to the bathroom didn;t close and it was very painful to explain it to the staff because their English is very bad. In general only the reception desk clerks spead any English, the rest of service staff (bartenders, waiters) just don't speak ANY English.

Oratava Be Live
Friendly efficient staff, great location for the town centre. Food was excellent and service exceptional. Room regularly cleaned. Beds comfortable. Great value accommodation. Pool and relaxing area is raised up so private from street with plenty of sunbeds. Overall very good
