Hotel is in a good location for bars and restaurants. But like a lot of hotels, they are in need of tidying up. Plenty of sunbeds but a lot of them need replacing or renovating. Went B&B so food typical of most hotel breakfasts.

JOSE THE INVISIBLE RECEPTION MANAGER
Lovely hotel, nice location and staff. We have been here one week and are lucky to have three weeks left!! My wife is wheel chair bound and quite immobile. She needed to use the toilet in our room but her key card wouldn't work. She rushed to the disabled toilet in reception.. again the card did not work(does a disabled toilet need key card entry... The users are disabled?). I went to reception, big queue, only one girl on before 11am.By the time I got a card it was too late. Result, one very upset 70 Yr old wife who felt it was all her own fault. Reception staff could not have been nicer, more apologetic, kind. I asked to speak to manager about locks on disabled toilets and inadequate staff levels on reception(what if the problem had been AREAL emergency, same staff level ie 1 person. Result the reception manager went into hiding and hid behind the overworked staff. I thought managers were paid to TAKE responsibility not pass the buck. Still waiting for any contact from him but I am here for 3 more weeks. HIS NAME IS JOSE AND HE IS RECEPTION MANAGER AT LA NINA

Always stay here
Close to the beach,shops,and entertainment. Plenty of exchange outlets to change money.The hotel is at the bottom of a hilly section so this should be taken into account if you are not too good at walking far.
