Great hotel, nice welcoming at the reception, very clean nice garden, tasty food and amazing entertainment, daytime activities fabulous, great evening entertaiment djSalim, liveband, shows, good service at the restaurant and lobbybar, thanks for all the staff

Just back from a weeks stay here. This hotel is very much a work in progress much like they’re well cared for growing gardens. The positives; staff work incredibly hard to make sure everyone is happy and the place is kept immaculately clean throughout the day. Food is to a high quality and happy to report that neither of us had any tummy issues. The areas that need work are; food is simply not hot enough. All the hot dishes are luke warm at best. The only truly hot meal will be an omelette cooked to order at breakfast. Food options for meat eaters are wide and varying on a daily basis. If you’re a vegetarian (I am) you’ll pretty much end up eating the same food at every meal, somewhat boring for a weeks stay. Don’t ask for an extra towel if you have long hair, this annoyingly was a no. Five star rated hotels should not limit towels for guests. It’s noisy! This is not some tranquil retreat! We were there off peak and I dread to think why it’s like during the summer. The entertainment is cross between Phoenix Nights and Benidorm. It’s a party hotel. Sadly we found the majority of other guests quite rude, the buffet area is quite small so there’s needs to be some give and take letting people through, don’t expect anyone to say ‘thank you’ or ‘after you’, it’s like feeding time at the zoo. Eat in the outside conservatory area, it’s slightly less noisy and doesn’t feel so much like a canteen. But do expect people to be watching noisy YouTube videos. Lots of would be influencers were there doing their thing and with loads of golfers. We stayed in room 3020, unhelpfully this has a golf net which backs onto the bedroom wall, you will constantly hear the thwack of balls if you’re in the room. We strongly advise the hotel to move the golf nets. Photo is uploaded. Lots of room for improvement.

theThentertainment team at Be Live Collection are amazing. The way that they organise the activities and have everyone interacting around the pool is lovely. They are very fun, entertaining and friendly. They always make sure that all guests have a good time and are well looked after. Would highly recommend this hotel based on the entertainment and evening team.
