Be Live Adults Only La Cala Boutique Hotel 

Just don’t buy half board , everything from food section is very poor / the cheapest products and bad cooking, breakfast very , very poor , dinner is bad in Masai they serve me a fish full of blood and cooked whit all the bones ,(on the terrace whit no lights at 9:30pm ) The sea and the beach is amazing , is public beach nothing to do with the hotel ,

Based on the cost & the hotel being advertised as 4 star we were disappointed and underwhelmed. It’s certainly not a 4 star standard. The hotel is extremely shabby in communal areas, the rooms are tired, basic and poorly equipped (eg. there is only one mirror in a dark bathroom - not conducive to those who require good lighting for make up or a long mirror!). The pool area is adequate but there are not enough loungers for the number of guests. The food is also fine - the restaurant setting is nice at breakfast time but the lunch menu is limited. We did not eat dinner at the hotel. The hotel is a 15 minute taxi from Palma (or 30 mins if you take the 2€ bus). A taxi is around €15 each way. Reviews that reference lots of local Bars & Restaurants can only be referring to a busy road with a plentiful choice of undesirable options (eg no sea view, on the road). There are 2 or 3 restaurants on the beach itself, we are at two of these for lunch and the food was tolerable. The staff were all lovely and sea view rooms have a nice view. Overall we felt we could have found much better for the cost and definitely would not return or reccomend.

Great hotel perfect in every way we was looked after by Esperanzg and she made the stay even more enjoyable would definitely recommend and come back most people we met had been there multiple times and a free late check out today made it even more special
