Good, but slightly less so than before
Following a successful stay a couple of years ago, we returned to a Club Premium Suite for another break. The room and balcony were as spacious and comfortable as before, but some other amenities had sadly fallen away. The premium lounge used to offer snacks and hot/cold drinks at any time, but this has now been replaced with a time-limited 'brunch' in the bar (perhaps useful if you missed breakfast, but otherwise a bit pointless) – this felt like a downgrade on the previous experience. The buffet restaurant offered variety, but seemed a little lacking in terms of dishes that reflected the cuisine of the local area. The customer service team were quick to address any issues, but the loss of the lounge facilities generally lessened our overall experience of the Club Premium level.

Lovely hotel in a very quite area in Guadalmina.
Nice quiet hotel with very good leisure facilities and great comfortable room and great breakfasts. It was let down in my mind by the lack of bottled water in the room (only 2 x small bottles for the whole 5 day stay) and the AC would only go to 21.5 deg. Seemed too warm when trying to sleep! I did ask at reception if it could be adjusted but the response was it is controlled and regulated throughout the hotel to 21.5 deg. No way of controlling individually.
