Good things about the hotel: - Amazing a la carte breakfast at the lounge bar - a few of the staff were really nice, helpful, kind with the kids - clean and spacious rooms - pool area peaceful particularly the upper pool Negatives: - restaurant food was terrible, poor quality, lots of things tasted like prepared from frozen, my two children both got gastroenteritis after eating the same food at the restaurant and I had to go to the pharmacy in the middle of the night for medication - service is painfully slow and some of the servers take your order then spend ages chatting and on their phones when they should be getting your order ready. It is often then served to you with a disgruntled face from staff. - towels and coffee pods in the room were never replaced - of you don’t book the a la carte breakfast you aren’t allowed to have it even if the bar is empty. Discovered this after not booking the night the children got gastroenteritis and had to go to the buffet in the basement with no view and no sun. - hotel is a maze of corridors that look more like a car park or a medical clinic than a hotel

We stayed at the hotel for 12 days in February and everything was perfect. The staff was so lovely and helpful and the place was spotless. we just really loved staying at this hotel. Regards from Iceland Halldora Jona Sigurdardottir

We stayed in a Divinity Bliss suite on the 4th Floor which had a large balcony with great views over Costa Adeje. The suite was huge and very well equipped including a washing machine which was great for our 2 week stay. The balcony was large and a perfect place to relax, it got the sun from sunrise until about 4pm and was very private. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried various options for Breakfast. We ordered a Breakfast box one morning. It was delivered to our room in the time slot we requested. It included everything you would need. For us though there was maybe too much and we didn’t want to waste anything. The buffet breakfast only opened half way through our stay, we really enjoyed the variety of it. The other mornings we had breakfast at the BB Lounge. This was a lovely place to sit and a nice choice of options. Think this is at an additional cost since the Buffet opened but worth it at least once for the views. The property is in a great location at the top of a hill, hence the great views. We enjoyed the walk up and down but may put some people off. Lots of nice restaurants walking distance away including those at Fanabe and La Caleta. Only a short walk down the hill to Playa de Duque beach. The pool was never too busy so lots of space and sunbeds to choose from. Overall we had a fabulous stay and look forward to returning.
