Great place to stay
Great place to stay for a solo traveler. From the minute I walked in I felt welcome. Kaoutar was so friendly and helpful. The lobby reception, with complementary coffee, wine, beer, happy hour and more, with the chance to connect with fellow travelers, made the stay exceptional for me — like your favorite cafe or neighborhood bar. All this and great location. I give Banks Mansion 5 stars.

Great Stay!
Outstanding service, very friendly & helpful staff (with a special ‘shoutout’ to Casey). My room was very comfortable & the breakfast was excellent. The complimentary bar & happy hour food in the lounge was great & promoted interactions between guests from various places. The location of the hotel was very convenient & made it easy to get around. Thank you. I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel.

Banks Mansion was wonderful for us.
The hotel is wonderfully located, very central, on a canal. The hotel itself, with beverages available all the time and a fine breakfast, is as comfortable as one could wish for. The staff is energetic and solicitous of all guests--they go out of their way to assist. We would not think of staying anywhere else in Amsterdam and wish we could always find a hotel like Banks Mansion in our travels.
